These terms apply to all orders placed with Harvest Symphony through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Our baked goods are made in small batches, so if we can’t fill an item you ordered, we’ll contact you and refund that item in full. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case you’ll receive a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
Pickup only
We do not ship. All orders are for local pickup at the location and time given in your order confirmation. Please bring your order number. Orders not collected within the pickup window may not be held, and because our products are perishable, uncollected orders are not refundable.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order for a full refund up to 48 hours before your pickup time by reaching us through our Contact Us page. Because our products are perishable, we can’t accept returns. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of pickup and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Allergens and dietary information
All of our products are made without gluten-containing ingredients. Some products may contain or come into contact with other common allergens, including eggs, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts and soy. Ingredients are listed on each product page where available. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Product images
Our goods are handmade, so each item may look slightly different from its photo.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order applies to that order.
